Group Registration

Group Registrations Terms & Conditions

• Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer.
• If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that a 3% handling fee will be added to your payment.

Please note that the following information for each participant is required:

• Individual email address (it is not possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
• Address details (first and last name, institute, city and country)
• Registration confirmations will be sent to your guests in your group account.

Group Registration Process

• Group leaders need to register the group by completing the group form on this page.
• Our Group Services team will send you a participants sheet to fill out with the required information.
• After we receive the completed sheet, we will send you the invoice and payment instructions.
• If your registration fee is unpaid after the deadline, it will be upgraded to the Late registration fee.

Cancellation Conditions

• Until 31 July: refund of the fee less an administrative charge of 30% of the original fee paid.
• From 1 August: no refund.
• In case of Refunds, a Credit card surcharge of 3% will not be refunded.
